I was looking for European rear headrests for my car (they are shorter) when I found this
Oh my

If you have a hard time finding them here (I'm assuming you are in the US) try a foreign Ebay. Ebay.uk or Ebay.de for example.

Good idea!

Does Chevy assume us Americans have big heads or something?
Also, want.

Different safety regs. We get the full size headrests here, in Europe they get scalloped ones that sit flush with the seat when retracted.
I keep meaning to just take them off and leave them in my trunk. They are huge, blocking rear view and they make putting the seats down a pain.

I think US safety regulations call for larger head rests

Unless you carr rear seat passengers a lot just leave them at home, not really much point to them unless you drive people around all the time.

Pics of the euro head rests compared to 'Merican ones?

Your Aveo is black, right? Invert the color scheme. Have electric green accents and stripes! Oh and get the whole body kit. Fender flares and all. And self-install a FlowTie for maximum performance.

Probably, My Malibu has seats and headrest that are basically wider than they are tall.

that's a very angry ball of toxic green. Much want

Mine have been living under the little fake floor in the hatch for a couple months now. Sooo much better.

U.S. Safety Regulation logic: They will be safe if they can't see what hits them! Blind spots for all!

That's what I need to do. I use that space a lot though...
I never have backseat passengers anymore, I'll probably just leave them at home

It makes more sense to me to have big headrests than small ones.
In the event someone rear ends you, your passengers are safer because they will probably not put up the short rests.

My Sonic is black, yes. And no, I don't like green. A flowtie would be pointless, there's nowhere for the air to go back there (and there's already a HUGE opening above and below it for the radiator/intercooler)
I do really like the bodykit and lip spoiler though..

I really like these lights

Those are the lights from the concept
I wish someone would make some. I'd buy them in a heartbeat

Yep.
From finding those pictures I know the Barina RS has the right ones. Now I just need to find a way to get Barina RS headrests.

Get a part number and order them like you would anything else. Also search for other GM cars that would possibly use the same ones.

That's the thing, I can't seem to find the part, and places like gmpartsdirect don't have non-american brands

That was where I started. Looking at the part numbers I'm confident they are the same as what I have now.
